When and where will Boomi World take place?
Boomi World 2026 will take place on May 11-14, 2026 at the Hyatt Regency Chicago, 151 E. Wacker Dr., Chicago, IL 60601. Additional hotel information.
Will I be able to watch a livestream of Boomi World?
No. We are not planning on livestreaming the event.

Where can I find the conference agenda, information on the breakout sessions and topics?
The conference agenda, breakout sessions, and topics are still being determined. Check BoomiWorld.com regularly over the coming months as we continue to update the agenda with additional details.
Is there an age requirement to attend Boomi World?
Yes. All attendees must be at least 18 years of age by the day they pick up their conference badge.
How can I get information about becoming a sponsor?

What meals are included for in-person attendees?
Breakfasts and lunches will be provided during all conference days. Additionally, light food and beverages will be available during scheduled evening events.
What is the dress code?
The recommended attire for Boomi World is business casual.
Will there be a mobile app for the event?
Yes! This app is highly critical for the Boomi World experience, as it has everything you need to know about the event and will provide ongoing, important notifications throughout that will help ensure you have a great experience. The app will be available a few weeks prior to the event.
To search for the app in the App Store or Google Play, input Boomi World into the search bar. Then download the app. If you have an iPhone, you can go directly to the app in the App Store. If you have an Android phone, you can go directly to the app in Google Play.
How can I contact customer support?

What is the program language? Will translation be available to attendees?
No, translation will not be available. The program language will only be in English.

Do I need my badge for entry to parties and receptions?
Yes! You must have your Boomi World badge in your possession for entry to all activities, including after-hours parties and receptions.
Where is the opening welcome reception?
The opening reception will take place at the conference venue, in the expo hall.
When and where is the Celebration Night?
Boomi World will host its in-person Celebration Night the evening of Thursday, May 14, at the Griffin Museum of Science & Industry. Transportation will be provided.
Is there an age requirement for entry to the Celebration Night?
Yes, all Celebration Night guests must be 21+ years of age.
Are guests allowed at the Celebration Night?
No, we are not offering guest passes.

What is the cost of a conference pass?
Early Early Bird – $699 (expires January 31, 2026)
Early Bird – $999 (expires March 1, 2026)
Standard – $1,199 (expires May 10, 2026)
Late / Onsite – $1,399 (expires May 14, 2026)
Group (3+) – $100 off the actual pricing (per pass)
Day Pass – $699 (available March 1, 2026 for Wednesday or Thursday)
Pre-Conference Training (2-days) – $799 as an add-on to your registration
Pre-Conference Training (1-day) – $599 as an add-on to your registration
What are group passes?
Group passes provide an easy way to purchase multiple Boomi World passes in a single transaction. The rate for group passes is $100 off the actual price for each pass when you buy 3 or more passes at a time.
Are there day passes?
Yes. You can buy a day pass for Wednesday, May 13, 2026 or Thursday, May 14, 2026 to attend Boomi World for $699. These passes are available for purchase on March 1, 2026.
Do I need to be registered to attend the conference?
Yes. You need to be registered for Boomi World 2026 to attend any event sessions or functions. A valid conference badge and lanyard are required when in the designated event spaces.
What are the payment options to purchase passes?
Registration can be booked using a credit card.
What is your cancellation policy for conference registration?
If Boomi receives your written cancellation notice by March 24, 2026, you will be issued a full refund of your registration fees via the original payment method.
If Boomi receives your written cancellation notice between March 25, 2026, and April 30, 2026, Boomi will issue you a 50% refund of your registration fees via the original payment method.
If Boomi receives your written cancellation notice after May 1, 2026, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Event registrations may be transferred to another participant upon approval by Boomi and at its sole discretion. To request a transfer of your event registration, contact us at boomiworld@boomi.com.
Can I update my registration after submitting it?
Yes, you can update your registration in the attendee portal. You will be able to change everything except your legal name and email address. If you need to make changes to those, please contact boomiworld@boomi.com.
Do I have to bring my printed confirmation to Boomi World 2026?
No, you do not need to bring your printed registration confirmation to the conference. You will be able to check in by searching for your name or email at the onsite check-in kiosks.
I can no longer attend. How do I transfer my event registration to someone else?
Contact us at boomiworld@boomi.com to transfer your registration. Note that we are not able to transfer hotel reservations. Hotel reservations are not automatically cancelled when registration is cancelled. Guests are responsible for cancelling hotel reservations separately in order to avoid fees. Transfers are approved by Boomi at its sole discretion.

Room rate
We have secured a discounted room rate of $274 per night plus 17.39% for state and local tax. Space is limited. Be sure to book your hotel room during the registration process. Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM.
What is the hotel reservation cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be sent directly to the hotel 72 hours prior to check-in to avoid fees.
Transportation
The Hyatt Regency Chicago is 13 miles from the Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW) and 17 miles from the O’Hare International Airport (ORD). The hotel does not provide shuttle service from the airport.
Parking
The Hyatt Regency Chicago provides on-site, covered parking in its attached garage, but rates and options vary.
On-site parking Location: The hotel has an attached six-story covered garage at 151 E. Wacker Dr.
Self-parking: Available through the hotel with rates around $40/night.
Valet parking: Available at the hotel with rates around $51/night.
Nearby parking options:
111 E Wacker Garage: Offers self-parking for approximately $53/night and valet for around $79/night.
Illinois Center Garage: Self-parking is available starting at $15.
Park Millennium Garage: Self-parking is available starting at $15.
Other options: Additional garages are located at 318 Lower Stetson Ave. and 319 Lower Stetson Ave., with rates starting around $24.
Destination Fee
A daily destination fee of $25.00 (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities, which enhance the guest experience.

Call for Papers
When is the submission deadline?
Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis, starting with the launch of the CFP. The cutoff date to submit is December 5, 2025.
What happens if my abstract is accepted?
By submitting, you are agreeing that all listed speakers will be able to present at Boomi World 2026. We will assign a date and time for your session and provide additional details and deadlines for your slide deck submission. We anticipate that slides will be due on April 3, 2026.
Are speakers compensated for speaking?
Each breakout session presenter will receive complimentary conference registration to Boomi World 2026. Complimentary registration does not include pre-conference training courses. Speakers will be responsible for their own travel and hotel arrangements and fees.
When will I know if my abstract has been accepted?
Accept/decline notices are expected to be sent no later than January 30, 2026.
What type of content will be available in-person at Boomi World?
In-person attendees can attend keynotes, general sessions, innovation talks, breakout sessions, workshops, chalk talks, code talks, lightning talks, self-paced labs, and spotlight labs. View the content page to learn more about each session type.
When will the session catalog be available?
We plan to publish the breakout sessions on BoomiWorld.com in February, and will continue to update the agenda with any session additions or changes.
In what venues will content be available?
All sessions will be delivered at the Hyatt Regency Chicago, 151 E. Wacker Dr., Chicago, IL 60601. Additional hotel information.
Will sessions be available on-demand after Boomi World?
All registered attendees will be able to view replays of the General Session presentations and access session materials after the event ends. We will not be recording the breakout sessions.

What is the Boomi code of conduct?
We firmly believe in the value and importance of an environment where all Boomi community members feel welcome and safe. This Code of Conduct explains the behavior we expect from Boomi community members interacting at Boomi events and programs, and across Boomi blogs, online forums, and social media platforms. The purpose of Boomi events, programs, blogs, online forums, and social media platforms is to foster technical and professional education and encourage community discussion.

You will behave in a way that facilitates a safe and supportive environment for all Boomi event and program participants, and across Boomi blogs, online forums, and social media platforms.

You will not engage in disruptive speech or behavior or otherwise interfere with other individuals’ participation in Boomi events and programs, and across Boomi blogs, online forums, and social media platforms.

You will not interfere with the operation of Boomi events, programs, blogs, online forums, and social media platforms.

You will not attempt to receive benefits that you are not entitled to at Boomi events and programs, and across Boomi blogs, online forums, and social media platforms.

You will not engage in any form of harassing, offensive, discriminatory, or threatening speech or behavior, including but not limited to relating to race, gender, gender identity and expression, national origin, religion, disability, marital status, age, sexual orientation, military or veteran status, or other protected category.

You will comply with all applicable laws and, in the context of Boomi events, all of our event-specific requirements (including all health and safety requirements) and, in the context of Boomi programs, all of our program-specific requirements.
Scope
We expect all Boomi community members (including but not limited to attendees, vendors, sponsors, speakers, volunteers, moderators, and Boomi employees) to uphold the principles of this Code of Conduct. In the context of Boomi events, this Code of Conduct covers the main event and all related events (social or otherwise). In the context of Boomi programs, this Code of Conduct covers the main program and all related activities. Boomi employees must continue to abide by all company policies at all times.
Consequences
If we believe you breached this Code of Conduct, we may prohibit you from attending future Boomi events and programs and interacting across Boomi blogs, online forums, and social media platforms, and we may remove any content you created in violation of this Code of Conduct. Additionally, if we believe that you breached this Code of Conduct in the context of a Boomi event or program, we may require you to leave the Boomi event or program. If we require you to leave a Boomi event, you will not be eligible to receive a refund of any fees paid to us related to the event. All determinations are at our sole discretion. We will involve law enforcement if we deem appropriate.
